Dragon Toddler Cape

This green and blue cape is made of soft, crushed velvet and features scales in the design. The spikes are lined with foam and designed to stand up on their own. With the Velcro closure at the neck, this cape is easy to put on and take off. 

 

This Dragon Cape is recommended for sizes 12 months to 2 years.
