Donate toys to local kids through nonprofits? Thank you!
Alphabet Soup ipartners with many local nonprofits throughout the year including The Racker Center, Cops, Kids & Toys and Family & Children's Service and GIAC and the Finger Lakes Toy Library to help bring toys to kids in need at Christmas time and throughout the year. We have also worked with Girl Scout troops who have run their own toy drives. If you or your organization are interested in partnering with us, contact us!
If you would like to order toys to donate, here are a few things to know:

Your whole order will be donated. If you would like to order toys that are not for donation, please make a separate order.

During checkout: When you get to the "Ship To" address, choose "Same as Billing" (Toys will not be shipped to you; we will take care of donating them)

Under "Shipping Method," check the box next to "Donate this order"

You can also make purchases in person at Alphabet Soup in Downtown Ithaca.
How To:
1. Find out what is needed
You can donate any toys you want to and they will find a good home, but our nonprofit patner has made a special list with toys they know their kids will enjoy.

Click on the Wish List tab at the top of the Home Page

Click the "Search For A Wish List" button

Enter the word, "Donate" in the name slot and click the Search button

Select the "Donate Donate" list
2. Choose the toy you wish to donate

Scroll through the Wish List until you find a toy you want to donate. Remember- no toy is too small to make a child's day! Any donation you can give will be much appreciated.

Click the text that says "Add to cart" to the right of the toy you chose

If you wish to make another selection, simply hit the back arrow and return to the Wish List
3. Check Out

Go to the checkout page and follow the steps there

Your donation is tax deductible. Your order will be shared with the nonprofit, who will send you an acknowledgment. Your information will not be shared with anyone else.
